The Vision business unit provides effective solutions for real-time sorting of large quantities of grains, coffee beans, tea leaves, and industrial plastics based on image processing technology.
This business unit has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of products produced by customers by accurately and rapidly identifying shapes and colors, thereby achieving perfect sorting between good and defective items.

This business unit developed a full-color CCD camera in 2013, overcoming the limitations of conventional black-and-white mono cameras, and is now capable of identifying materials of any color. By combining three-color LEDs (red, blue, green) used as light sources, it can create any natural color and generate light sources with colors closest to those of the materials. The camera's image sensor remembers the waveform of the set light source. During material sorting, it detects waveforms different from the light source's waveform. Furthermore, our self-developed NIR camera is equipped to sort foreign materials such as plastics or glass, ensuring the safety of grains.

As the material begins to fall in the closest light source to the material, the camera recognizes the color and shape of each material, and through the image sensor, it detects waveforms different from those of the material. Materials with incorrect waveforms are blown away using a high-speed air gun.

Defective items identified by the camera are discharged by a high-speed air gun located beneath the camera, and these defective items are then transported back to the upper feeder for secondary sorting. Once all these processes are completed, only the highest quality items are sorted.
